Year 3 had the opportunity to learn the Balgan Story from Uncle Phil this year and be part of the story telling and filming with Phil and Jamie Lepre. This opportunity gave the students a deeper connection and understanding of the story, to country and to our new outdoor learning space. 

The students then extended this understanding by retelling the story in their own words, incorporating language, as well as painting elements of the story on a boomerang.

It has been a magical process to be part of.
